Write the report in Microsoft Word and save it as a PDF

If you dont have Microsoft Office you can download Open Office a FREE document editor and write the report in there and save it as a PDF.

How to Create Audio?

Use a free software tool called Audacity which is a free audio editor and recorder you can use to record audio to give away as a gift.

How to Create Video?

To create on screen recorded videos I use a software called Camtasia Studio which allows me to record my screen and create and edit these videos.

If you cant afford this software download Camstudio which is a free screen recording software which does the job, but without all the advanced features of Camtasia.
